"Free" Foods List #22daycountdown

When you're trying to lose weight and following a meal plan, sometimes you need a little wiggle room! Maybe you want a little something-something in between meals or have a craving for something sweet. We created a "free" foods list with very very low calorie snack options that are totally OK to eat while losing weight! · Dreyers Whole Fruit Bars, No Sugar Added (strawberry, tangerine, and raspberry). 1 bar = 30 calories

· Dole Fruit Juice Bars, No Sugar Added (strawberry, grape, and raspberry). 1 pop = 30 calories

· 1/2 grapefruit = 37 calories

· 1 cup frozen (defrosted) winter mix vegetables = 25 calories

· 3 cups lettuce topped with balsamic vinegar + 1 Tbsp shredded carrots + 2 Tbsp salsa=22 calories

· 2 egg whites scrambled with spinach and topped with 2 Tbsp salsa= 39 calories

· 1 large Dill pickle (limit due to sodium levels)=10 calories

· ½ cup Jicama, celery or cucumber dipped in fat-free salad dressing=30 calories

· ½ cup baby carrots dipped in 2 tsp BBQ sauce=36 calories

· 1 Tbsp fat free cream cheese mixed with cinnamon and spread over ½ a peach=45 calories

· 1 cup cooked green beans dipped in 2 tsp honey mustard=38 calories

· 1 cup steamed zucchini sprinkled with salt, pepper and 1 tsp Parmesan cheese=40 calories

· 1 cup steamed broccoli drizzle with soy sauce=31 calories

· ½ cup melon topped with 1 Tbsp light whipped cream or whipped topping=30 calories

· Tea (unsweetened)

· Soda water

· 1 cup cooked asparagus dipped in 1 Tbsp fat free dressing=25 calories

· 1 cup broth (cooked without oil)=10 calories
