For the past twenty years we have coached high powered executives and their teams to create high performance cultures.  We prided ourselves in helping leaders and teams experience greater velocity in shifting breakdowns into breakthroughs.    

 

A few years ago we realized that we had neglected a huge piece of the total equation:  The family.  The characteristics that comprised a high performance team did not translate well to being a loving spouse and a patient and supportive parent.  So we revised our approach, learned new tools, and in the process developed a set of practices that enable leaders to be more effective at work, more loving as a spouse, and more present and supportive as a parent.

 

Today our approach includes the family.  When a leader signs up for a coaching relationship with the Starquest team our intent is to help that leader develop a set of practices to accomplish their desired outcomes at work and use those same principles inside of their interactions with other family members.
